However, Aroond’s progress and development didn’t stop there, and the group of Aroond founders, with more than 100 active sales representatives and 7 after-sales service centers across the country, concluded that to increase investments and enhance their portfolio, they should establish a parent group and holding company named ‘Aroond Group Investment Development For this purpose, Arvand Group started its activities in the field of technology, IT and ICT with the slogan of creating sustainable wealth since 2009.
Arvand is an official member of the Computer Guild Organization, a legal member of the Informatics Society of Iran, and holds a business license from the Computer Technologists Union and the Telecommunications and Communications Equipment Union. It also holds an ISO 9001:2008 certificate in the field of service quality. Moreover, it is in the process of obtaining ISO 10002 and 10004 certificates in the field of customer relations.
It’s worth mentioning that Aroond successfully obtained the confirmation of the after-sales service network from the Consumer and Producer Support Organization as part of the initiative to organize warranty and after-sales service companies in 1394 (2015).
